A 15% restocking fee applies to buyer-initiated returns (change of mind, ordered wrong part, no longer needed). This fee does not apply if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of any damage for our records.
