Shipping Policy

Fast, reliable shipping on every order across the United States.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship via the following carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • UPS (Ground, 2-Day, Overnight)
  • FedEx (Ground, Express)
  • USPS (Priority Mail, First Class)

The carrier and service level are selected based on the package size, weight, destination, and shipping speed selected.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping: 3โ€“7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping: 2โ€“3 business days after processing (additional cost).
  • Overnight shipping: next business day after processing (additional cost, limited availability).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions, weather, and destination. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and selected service level. The exact shipping cost is confirmed by our specialists before your order is finalized so there are no surprise charges. Oversized or heavy items may be subject to additional carrier surcharges, which we will disclose at the time of order.

5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS.

6. Restrictions

  • No international shipping is available at this time.
  • Hazardous materials (hazmat) cannot be shipped. This includes certain chemicals, batteries with acid, and flammable products. Our team will inform you if a requested part has shipping restrictions.
  • Some oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping with different delivery timeframes and costs.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

8. Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your parts. Damage claims are also covered under our Return Policy.
